Course Description: This advanced course reframes Design as both a creative practice and a facilitative process. Students will engage in discussions on Design and learn to mobilize multiple scientific perspectives, combine Design Research Methodology (DRM), Research (for/into/through) Design in idiosyncratic ways, tackling complex design problems. This theoretical course ultimately aims to broaden the discussions on Design discipline and introduces various facets of Design Research beyond traditional approaches of design methods, processes and centred design.
